Strong Public Schools

Every child deserves access to a great education, regardless of where they live or their family's income.

I am a product of public schools who later devoted much of my career and service to education, including serving as Head of School for an independent school.

I hold a Master's degree in Conflict Resolution from Trinity College Dublin, a certificate in School Leadership and Administration from Antioch University New England in Keene, New Hampshire, and am a Master Certified Career and Small Business Coach.

Because I have experienced education from multiple perspectives, I understand the vital role both public and independent schools play in helping students succeed.

As a product of public schools whose life was shaped by education, and as someone who later devoted her career to helping students thrive, I believe few issues are more important to New Hampshire's future than ensuring every child has access to an excellent public education.

Families in Wolfeboro and Tuftonboro want schools that are excellent, accountable, and responsive to local needs. They also want a funding system that is fair, sustainable, and does not force communities to choose between quality education and rising property taxes.

As your State Representative, I will work to:

  • Support a fair and sustainable approach to school funding that reduces pressure on local property taxpayers.

  • Oppose efforts to replace or undermine public schools through the expansion of charter schools and voucher programs.

  • Protect local control and ensure decisions remain in the hands of parents, educators, and communities—not politicians in Concord.

  • Strengthen career and technical education opportunities so students can pursue skilled trades, college pathways, military service, entrepreneurship, or other career goals.

  • Support teachers and school staff through competitive compensation, professional development, and policies that help attract and retain talented educators.

  • Promote transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship of taxpayer dollars.
